Our Gobonolo room
Our Gobonolo room caters for up to 100 delegates, depending on your seating preference. Equipped with a whiteboard, flip chart and projector, you’re able to connect with hybrid teams and run online sessions as required.
Our Kgato room
Offering you a more intimate experience, the Kgato room caters for up to 20 delegates, depending on your seating requirements. Kgato is equipped with a whiteboard, flip chart and projector making it the ideal break-away room or perfect leadership team strategy space.

The Gobonolo Room, a distinctive conference location in Phokeng, offers a room with a large capacity of 100 seats in a luxurious African-themed setting, while the Kgato Room has an intimate capacity of 30 seats. Both spaces are ideal for conferences, summits, product launches, and promotions; with the inclusion of tables, conference essentials, and flip boards. Four alternative seating arrangements can be used in both conference rooms and three distinct conference packages with prices and catering options to accommodate everyone.

Booking conditions
- The full cost of your booking must be paid prior thee conference. This can be done by electronic transfer at least 72 hrs prior to arrival or by credit/debit card on arrival. If a transfer is made, a deposit slip to be e-mailed to info@tshiberry.com.
- 50% of the booking amount is to be paid one week before arrival date, for a booking to be confirmed.
Failure to do this MAY result in the automatic cancellation of your provisional reservation.

CANCELLATIONS (WRITTEN REQUEST NEEDED):
- Bookings that are cancelled or not taken up will be considered as cancellation and are subject to the following conditions:
- If cancelled or modified 7 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
