This family-friendly event, a pleasant drive away from the welcoming Phokeng Village, is taking place early on Saturday, the 31st of August. The Konka Farm Run 2019 offers those attending a choice of 4 varied distance races, across scenic farm routes, roaming wildlife and natural splendour. Ideally, placed water stations offer relief to participants as they race, while the event utilizes BoutTime’s remarkable timekeeping system that allows for instant results to be made available after the run. As a participant, you won’t have to wait long for the results of your run!
Race Distances:
– 20Km for R150 – commencing at 7 am
– 10Km for R80 – commencing at 7 am
– 5Km for R50 – commencing at 7:05 am
– 2Km for R30 – commencing at 7:05 am
The Konka Farm Run 2019 is presented by Run Walk for Life and the main event sponsor is Raath Van Der Westhuizen Accountants & Tax Consultants. Each participant will receive a medal upon completion, while the 20 km run participants will receive the biggest and most eye-catching medal, as well as an additional buff in their goody bags.
